Tipperary No. 1
It’s a Tipperary Twofer! Just in case any of you are celebrating a little late this evening.
A bonus recipe (not that you paid for the first one, of course) on St. Patrick’s Day 2022. This one isn’t completely green, but my color consultant tells me it’s amber ... much closer to the color of the Irish whiskey in it than is the Parlez-vous Irish Cocktail posted earlier. Plus, it includes a dose of the very Green Chartreuse.

TIPPERARY No. 1
1½ oz Kilbeggan Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey
¼ oz Green Chartreuse
1 oz Sweet vermouth
Stir the ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe or Martini glass. Garnish with an orange zest twist and Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
